Embedding a Donately donation form into a WordPress site

You can embed the Donately donation form into any Wordpress.org site. Due to the variety of themes and content editing plugins available, we are unable to provide detailed instructions in this guide. However, if you have any issues embedding your form into a Wordpress.org site, please let us know and we will provide any guidance we have.

Additionally, you'll need to be on a Legacy, Starter, Team or Enterprise plan in order to embed your donation form. If you're not a user yet, please see our pricing here. If you're a Free tier user, read more about upgrading in your dashboard: https://dash.donately.com/upgrade.

While there is a Donately plugin available for Wordpress sites, we no longer support its continued development and thus do not suggest using it to embed your donation form. That is - embedding using our Script tag, or iFrame, is still fully supported on Wordpress.org sites. However, our "official plugin" listed in the WordPress marketplace is no longer maintained.

Finally, please note that Wordpress.com sites do not allow for embedding external content, such as our form. If you have a Wordpress.com site, your best option would likely be to link from your site to your Donately page.
