When you decide to fundraise for an organization using Donately, you can choose to join a fundraising team to combine efforts with others to raise funds. Learn how to join a fundraising team and reach your fundraising goals faster.
Getting started
This guide focuses on how to join a TEAM fundraiser, however, you can also fundraise as an individual on any Peer-to-Peer campaign.
- Select the Start a Fundraiser button on the campaign for the organization you plan to support.
- Select Join a Team to join an active fundraising team already established for an organization's campaign.
- The option to fundraise as an individual or a team may not always be available. This depends on the nonprofit’s fundraising campaign preferences.

- Complete the sign-up form to join a Team and click Create a Fundraiser.
- Note: you'll find a list of active Teams available for you to join by clicking on the dropdown box under the heading 'Fundraising Team'.

- After your Team Member page has been created, you will be redirected to your fundraising page. Use the Share button to bring awareness to your social network about your fundraiser and Team and begin accepting donations to reach your goal.
