Additional Admins

Adding additional admins will give each of your team members their own login to your Donately account. This is a great way to keep your entire team engaged with your fundraising efforts and gives the ability to quickly delegate tasks.

 

Just a note, this does not give those users access to your organization's Stripe or PayPal account but allows each person access to view donations, Campaigns, Fundraisers, edit forms, and anything else on the Donately dashboard.

 

To add a new admin, head to Account Settings>Admins>Add Account Admin. Add the email address of the new admin, and click "Add Admin". This will send an email invitation to your desired admin. 

 

*You must be on our Team or Enterprise plan to add multiple admins.
