      Closing Your Account

      We're sorry to see you go!

       

      • If you are a donor and would like to stop your recurring plan, please contact the organization or email us at support@donate.ly.

      • If you're on an upgraded plan and would like to downgrade your account, please go to the Billing section of your account dashboard and click "Downgrade Account". This will put you on our Free plan and allow you to keep all your data, campaigns, forms etc. and you will pay $0/month to use Donately.

      • If you would like to completely close your Donately account, please CLICK HERE to answer a few short questions. Once you've completed the survey, our team will automatically close your account.
