This will put you on our [Free plan](https://donately.com/pricing/) and allow you to keep all your data, campaigns, forms etc. and you will pay **$0/month** to use Donately.  - If you are **on a custom plan** or would like to **completely close** your Donately account, please [CLICK HERE to answer a few short questions.](https://share.hsforms.com/1AIpvQIaLQ8eKnIGn-maJiAby8td) Once you've completed the survey, our team will downgrade/close your account within 24 hours. ***You MUST downgrade your subscription from your Donately dashboard in order to cancel future billing.
