      Failed Recurring Donation Notifications

      Sending email notifications to your donors regarding their failed recurring donation is quick and easy to set up directly on your Stripe dashboard. This is great to set up to automatically remind them of the payment failure and encourage them to resolve the issue. Simply follow the below steps:

       

      1. Log into your Stripe dashboard. You can use this link: http://dashboard.stripe.com.
      2. Next, navigate to the revenue recovery settings page.
      3. Then, make sure to ENABLE the option to "send emails when card payments fail" found in your dashboard.

       

      When you enable this setting, Stripe automatically sends an email to your customer after each failed payment.
