      Donately / Slack Native Integration Set Up

      Sync your Donately and Slack accounts with just a few clicks.

      One great feature that Donately customers can take advantage of to support their fundraising efforts are Native Integrations.


      Donately integrates with HubSpot quickly and easily to better track and communicate with your donors. This integration is simple to hook up, easy to use, and acts as a full-service CRM to better understand and connect with your donors.


      Follow these steps to successfully integrate Donately with HubSpot.

      1. Once you’re logged into your Donately Dashboard, you will click on ‘Integrations’ 
      2. Next, Find the HubSpot integration and click the ‘Add’ button
      3. By clicking the ‘Configure’ button next, you’ll begin the quick and easy set up process which will start with you signing up for or signing into Slack to select the channel your alerts will end up
      4. You will then be asked to log into Slack.

      5. The next step will be naming your ‘New Authentication’ and then selecting the Slack channel that you would like for these notifications to show up under in real time.

      6. The next screen will ask if you’re sure you want to give access for your Donately and Slack accounts to speak to each other. Make sure to 'Allow'.

      7. The next screen will confirm the connection into Slack showcasing the name of your integration, along with the channel you want donation notifications to be.

      8. This following screen will notify you that the Integration was successfully set up and you can click on the ‘Finish’ button.

      9. You’ll be taken back to your main Integrations page where you will now see that your HubSpot integration has been set to ‘Active’

      You are now connected to Slack through Donately. This means that any notifications that you set up to receive via Slack, such as incoming donations, will now in real time be sent to your slack channel of choice.
