Are there any commitments?

Donately's Team & Enterprise Plans come with varying levels of commitments and refund policies.

• The monthly option ($69 per month) has no long-term commitments. You can cancel at any time and keep your service until the end of your current monthly billing cycle. We are unable to offer refunds for monthly Team Plans.
• The annual option ($588 per year) is a one-year commitment. We offer refunds within the first 30 days of signing up for a yearly Team Plan, less one month of the current monthly rate (currently $69). That is - if you choose to cancel the Team Plan before one month, you will be refunded $519.

• While pricing for the Enterprise Plan will vary based on your specific estimate of online fundraising, all Enterprise Plans come with at least one-year commitments. We are unable to offer refunds on our Enterprise Plans in any circumstance.
