How much does Donately cost?

Understanding Donately’s Pricing Tiers

Donately offers three pricing tiers: Free, Low Fees, and No Fees. Each plan includes access to the same full set of fundraising features — there are no feature restrictions or gated tools between tiers.

The only difference between plans is the platform fee structure applied to processed donations. Organizations can choose the option that best fits their fundraising volume and budget.

  • Free Plan – No monthly cost, 4% platform fee per donation

  • Low Fees Plan – $99/month with a reduced 2% platform fee

  • No Fees Plan – $5,000 one-time payment with 0% platform fees on up to $1M in processed donations

Standard payment processing fees through Stripe or PayPal apply to all plans.
